分组 : 男子组（最少12队，最多24队）
球员资格: 队伍资格：球员35岁或以下者 （1975年后出生者）,最高只限一名元首杯州手参加。球
员35岁以上者（1975年或以前出生者），只限一名国手和一名元首杯州手，或两名元
首杯州手参加。

比赛规则: 比赛均采用2010年最新篮球规则
赛制 : 24队分6组，第一圈各组单循环，每组前两名进入第二圈。第二圈采用淘汰制进入第三圈。在第三圈，6队将分成两组打双循环，各组第一名争冠亚军，各组第二名争第三，第四名。
比赛球员: 每队有一名教练和一名领队和12名球员
截止日期: 30/5/2010
报名费 : 马币1300（包括12套xballer的球衣和两件xballer的POLO shirt）
抵押金 : 马币500（如果没有违反章程如迟到、弃权、打架等特殊状况发生，抵押金将被退还）
奖励 : 冠军：马币1500、价值马币1500的 xballer产品的固本和一个奖杯
亚军：马币500、价值马币1000的 xballer产品的固本和一个奖杯
季军：价值马币500的 xballer产品的固本和一个奖杯
最佳球员：价值马币100的xballer产品固本和一个奖杯
篮板王、助攻王、得分王和防守王：价值马币50的xballer产品固本和一个奖杯

**如果队伍没有遵守或违反比赛条规、报名表格资料不完整、虚报假资料给主办当局、无理的弃权比赛、打架、不尊重主办当局的一切举动，抵押金奖杯没收，同时将终止过后的比赛。

Player Qualification: Team player qualification, player that 35 years old below (born in after year 1975), have to be non-national team player, only 1 state player is allow (Agong Cup player). Player that 35 years old above (born in or before year 1975), only 1 national team player and 1 state player (Agong Cup player) are allow, or 2 state players (Agong Cup player).

Rules: Competition will adopt FIBA 2010 latest competition rules.
Schedule: 24 teams in 6 groups, Single Round Robin in first round. Each group 2 winners team will go to second round, second round will play with KO Game(Elimination series). In third round, 6 teams will divide into 2 groups, each group 3 teams. The first place team from both groups will go to 1st & 2nd place game, second place from both groups will go to 3rd & 4th place game.
Team Players: Each team only 12 Players, 1 Coach and 1 Team Manager.
Entries Due Date: Before 30th May 2010.
Entry Fees: RM1300 (including basketball jersey 12 sets and 2 pieces of polo shirt.)
Deposit: RM500 (*If not break against competition rules, the deposit will return to each team.)
Prize: Champion: Value of RM1500 cash, 1500 coupons + 1 Trophy
1st Runner Up: Value of RM500 cash, 1000 coupons + 1 Trophy
2nd Runner Up: Value of RM500 coupons + 1 Trophy
MVP: Value of RM100 coupons + 1 Trophy
Rebound King, Assist King, Top Scorer, Defend King: Value of RM50 coupons + 1 Trophy each.

前些日子走访新山篮总，惊讶发现一张通告。通告上指出：5月份起，场地出租费用调高，室内为每小时RM40(最少2小时)，室外为每小时RM25(最少2小时)。经过询问各个球队后发现，目前已少有球队到新山篮总租借场地打球了。从原本的RM25调高至RM40遭到许多篮球爱好者的不满，据篮总透露起价原因为场内照明灯维修费昂贵。
